Miscarriage and Stillbirth Resources

Coping with a miscarriage

From Kristen’s perspective

When my son died over 20 years ago, I worked at a library. When I returned to work, I spent my breaks combing the self-help section for anything related to pregnancy loss. Sadly, information was often confined to mere paragraphs.

I felt more unseen than ever!

We have come such a long way in awareness and conversation around these topics! I have curated these lists in my years as a bereaved mother and a bereavement consultant.

There are over 500 resources on this page!

I benefited from many of these resources, others were recommended by my colleagues and those I have served.

Bereaved parents and families deserve support!

I am forever grateful to the many courageous souls who have shared their journey with me and I’m grateful to provide this library of resources for your journey.

  • What is Saline/Immersion Bath Photography?

Saline/immersion bath photography can provide a peaceful and respectful experience for parents. The saline mixture provides an environment that mimics the in utero experience, and allows photographers to capture quality pictures.
