10-Finalize Your Survival Plan
IN THIS LESSON
It’s time to create your survival plan.
Reflect on your assessments and findings. Develop your list of 5-7 keys to surviving work stress. These must all be things that you can do, that are in your control.
For example, “opt-out of meetings with draining people whenever possible.”
Not, “My boss needs to respect me.”
